Refund Policy

Our products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee beginning on the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact Customer Service using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page. When submitting your request, please indicate your order number as well as the name and email address you used to place the order. When returning your package, please insure it. Relaxium® is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Refunds will be sent to your bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
