I tried Relaxium for days and didn’t sleep at all. I saw the clock hit every hour. I was going to try it for a week and after 3 nights of no sleep, I gave up. I couldn’t even sleep during the day.
First, they are ridiculous expensive!!!!! You can buy Melatonin for next to nothing or Second ask your Doctor for Seroquel which costs $3 a month and all you need is 1/2-to 1 pill to go to sleep.
Received my order. My son was having trouble sleeping so I took a few pills out for myself and gave him the bottle. We both took them the same night. In the morning we shared the results and experience the same results. I wrote him and said this made my night worse. Woke several times during the night and had unpleasant dreams. He wrote back this remark; lol the same. Shame on you, this product is a joke!
The product is expensive and would be worth it if it lived up to it's promise to help you sleep and stay asleep. One of the main ingredients in this product is melatonin. You can get a bottle of that for a whole lot less than purchasing this. It may be all you need if you occasionally have difficulty sleeping.But if you are like my husband who has Insomnia, this product will do little if any good to help you sleep. Did I mention that this project is very expensive ?!?
Expensive and it doesn't work on me. I'll try it another week. The capsules are huge. Hard to swallow.
